Returns & Exchanges

At KYT Americas, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all fashion tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
