Cheek pad inserts offer the ability to fine tune the helmet's fit. You can typically go up or down a size with cheek pads.

These pads specifically fit the Skyhawk with the ECE 22.06 rating.  They have two snaps and a velcro attachment.  The older style Cheek Pads have three snaps.
